Recently something about myself has really been bothering me.  The other night my kids wanted to do some dancing in the living room, by the way this is hilarious to see!  Maddie has a new version of the sprinkler. They put in an old CD from the movie Happy Feet.  They wanted to dance to "Boogie Wonderland" and asked me which number is it?  Right of the top of my head I said it was track 11.  Amber checked and sure enough that was it!  Why do I know these things?  Another time I was watching a commercial and I picked out the voice of an animated character.  Again why do I know these things?  
    The frustration is this: Why don't I know my Bible chapter and verse like an old CD from a silly movie.  Why can't I pick out the voice of God like an animated character on TV?  It would be awesome to be able to recite God's word like I recite Austin Powers' movies.  And how great would it be to hear someone read a verse and say, "oh I know who said that it was Paul to the Ephesians or Jesus during the Sermon on the Mount."  
    Lets remember the important stuff, as James puts it in James 4:14 "Your life is like a morning fog, here for a little while then it's gone."
